Overview

This policy applies to the Vynkra Framer template sold through the Framer Marketplace and any linked checkout pages. By purchasing the template you agree to the terms outlined below.

We want every buyer to have a great experience. If something is not working as expected, please reach out before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved quickly.

What's included

• Full Framer template with all pages: Home, About, Services, Projects, Pricing, Contact, and a custom 404 page.

• CMS collections for portfolio projects and testimonials, pre-connected and ready to populate.

• Responsive layouts tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.

• All placeholder images and copy included as starting points.

• 30 days of post-purchase support (see below).

• Free updates for the lifetime of the template on the Framer Marketplace.

A Framer account is required to use this template. The template does not include a Framer subscription — plans are available at framer.com/pricing.

Support

We offer 30 days of post-purchase support from the date of your order. Support covers:

• Bugs or broken functionality present in the original template at the time of purchase.

• Questions about how to edit sections, swap CMS content, or update typography and colors.

• Guidance on connecting the contact form to a third-party service (e.g. Formspree, Netlify Forms).

Support does not cover:

• Custom development or design modifications beyond the scope of the template.

• Issues caused by third-party plugins, code overrides added by the buyer, or Framer platform changes after the purchase date.

• General Framer how-to questions unrelated to this template — the Framer Help Center and Framer Community are excellent resources for those.

Updates

We maintain this template as Framer evolves. Updates may include compatibility fixes, new sections, performance improvements, or refinements based on buyer feedback.

Updates are delivered through the Framer Marketplace. If you have already remixed the template, you will need to manually apply changes, you will not lose your existing edits.

We do not guarantee a specific update schedule, but we are committed to keeping the template functional with current versions of Framer.

Refund policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final as a general rule. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Template does not match the preview: If the delivered template materially differs from what was shown in the marketplace listing, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Technical fault preventing use: If a critical bug prevents the template from being opened or edited in Framer, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days of your report, a full refund will be issued.

• Accidental duplicate purchase: If you purchased the same template twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund on the duplicate order.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Inability to use Framer due to account or subscription issues.

• Customisation difficulties, we are happy to help via support instead.

• Purchases older than 14 days, unless a critical fault was reported within that window.

To request a refund, email support@vynkra.com with your order ID and reason within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Licensing

Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this template for one end project, either your own website or a website built for a single client.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the template or any part of it.

• Use the template as the basis for a competing template product on any marketplace.

• Share the remix link with others who have not purchased the template.
